What should I wear to church?
We have a casual atmosphere, so wear whatever makes you comfortable—whether it's jeans and a T-shirt or something more formal.
What kind of youth group do you have?
RCH YTH is for ages 12-18. We have small groups, monthly worship events, with a message. Check out our Instagram page:RCH YTH Instagram.
How are the ages split up in children's church?
Our classrooms are divided into 0-1, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and 7-12.
What's your children's ministry like?
Our kids classes are interactive with a Bible based curriculum and activities.
All teachers have been background checked. Email [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
What is the Reach Kids check-in like?
Children from 0 to 12 must check in through our system, receiving two tags: one for your child and one for you to use for pickup. Kids aged 7 to 12 join the main sanctuary for worship and return to their classrooms afterward.
How do I contact the pastor or staff members?
You can contact our staff through [email protected] Our church admin will answer your questions and connect you with the right people.
How do I connect with people in the church?
We have Reach Groups throughout the week. View them in our Reach App here: Reach App. We also have Sisterhood and Legacy events for women and men throughout the year. These events are listed in our App under "Registrations and Events."
How do I volunteer or get involved with the church?
Start with GROW, our six-week discipleship course covering foundational biblical truths. Next, take CORE, a three-week course taught by Pastor Bryan on our governmental structure and core beliefs. After completing CORE, you can find an area to start serving. You can sign up for GROW in our Reach App under "Registrations and Events."
Who should I contact for prayer requests?
During our 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM services, look for the prayer team in the back row with white lanyards labeled 'PRAYER TEAM.' You can also email prayer requests to [email protected]
Do you have a discipleship program?
Our GROW class is a six-week discipleship course exploring foundational biblical truths to deepen your walk with God. You can sign up for GROW in our Reach App.
Can I watch the sermon online?
You can watch our live stream at 9:00 AM here: YouTube. Past sermons are also available on our YouTube channel.
How can I sign up for an event?
Click on "Events and Registrations" in our Reach App.
Are there facilities for breastfeeding or changing babies?
Yes, in the Reach Kids hall on the right side, you'll find a Nursing Mothers' room with a TV to view the sermon, rocking chairs, and a changing table.
Do you have a special needs class for kids or youth?
Currently, we do not have resources or staff for special needs in our classrooms or youth group. Please get in touch with [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Expect a warm welcome at the front door by our greeters. Let them know it's your first time, and they will direct you to our guest counter, where you can fill out a Connect Card and receive a gift. If you have children, they will assist with the check-in process.
Do you offer any counseling or support services?
We offer limited counseling through our pastoral care team. Email [email protected] to request a counseling form. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a meeting with our Pastoral Care Team. Depending on the situation, we may refer you to a professional counselor. All information will be kept confidential.
